Mastrubation has no side effects, its the process by which extra sperms will come out of the system, but do it only when ur sexually excited. Dont make it a habit.

there is no side effects of masturbation
no it will not cause pre ejaculation
but too much of everything has some bad effects
if you think this is more frequent then engage in some productive work, read some good books , so that you will divert your attention away from it
