Hello,
Using Distilled water regularly in cooking and drinking is not advisable bcz of some reasons like:

Firstly, Distilled water is free of dissolved minerals and has special property of actively absorbing toxic substances from the body and eliminate them. So, ocassionally it may be fine.

The more distilled water a person drinks ...the higher the body acidity becomes...

On the long run, there'll be more mineral loss, more risk of Osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, CAD, hypothyroidism, high blood pressure....

On cooking with distilled water, the food tends to loose all its minerals.

Ideal Water for Humans is Slightly alkaline water with Ca, Mg minerals in it.

So, unless you are in an area where the water supply is totally impure with all other chemicals in it...distilled water for daily use is not advised.
Hope it helps..
