Hi, I have gone through your question. You need not worry as missing a single dose of progynova and duphastone will not cause any problem to the foetus.
Progynova is estrogen which is usually not required once the patient is pregnant. Duphastone is progesterone which is given to support the pregnancy. Missing one dose causes no harm as the blood levels of the drug is maintained.
I would suggest you to continue them as such and there is no need to double the dose for compensation.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
