As per your query acne on face which occur when there is hormonal changes, clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria and stress. As you are taking tetrasyl capsules on face and that is effecting you and you want to increase dose or that which you should not do unless proper prescription. I would suggest you to make use of product containing benzoyl peroxide. Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. You can take erytop gel as well. If condition doesn t start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course and you can go for laser therapy as well. Take Multivitamin supplements.
