Will Multiple Subcentimeter Follicles In Ovary Affect Conceiving?
i was told that my right ovary measures 3.6x3.2x2.2 cm in diameter and contains multiple subcentimeter follicles the left ovary measures 3.5x2.3x1.8 cm in diameters and contains 1or 2 subcentimeter follicles could this be the cause of me not being able to concieve and what is my option for treatment

yes , it may be the cause for problem.
but you need to be disappointed, this problem is amenable to treatment , you need healthy life style changes, weight reduction and ovulation induction.
you should get your blood sugar report.
and undergo ovulation induction along with egg monitoring by TV'S and appropriately try for time of conception.
drugs you should start_
folic acid
clomiphene 50 from d2-6 with follicular monitoring.
