Hello dear
Understand your concern
It is difficult to say that you had taken abortion without the history from you.
If you had taken only single time, it does not cause any problem in fertility in future. But repeated abortion can cause problem in future.

But if abortion is not complete or unsuccessful, it is easily detect in USG scan.
So better to take first USG scan by consulting the gynecologist as it is confidential process. It will prevent future complication
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
