Will Myasthenia Gravis Effect The Fetus?

Hi, do you know about myasthenia gravis? I m pregnant and have this disease, don t know what to do!! I ve seen 2 doctors but it doesn t seem that they know what exactly they are doing? is prydistigmine will effect the fetus? Is the new born will carry this disease? what shouls I do?

its a cat c drug whch is not to be used during early weeks of pregnancy till 12 weeks. secondly its a hereditary disease and autosomal recessive so 1 in 4 children can have it. a gene mapping can be offered or a PCR DNA GENOMIC TESTING of the embryo can be done for finding in utero.
