Will Non Seared Steak Cause Food Poisoning?

Hi I recently cooked steak and did not sear it and my Friend says I will get Food poisening because I did not sear

I am worried as I am just coming rom a bout oFF gastroenteritis and I Fly tomorrow and dont want to be sick. I cooked it For 5 minutes each side. I am so paranoid

*There are more chances of food poisoning in non seared steak as compared
to seared steak , it will definitely cause food poisoning it`s not like that.
*Now as it has been done & no way to return back, wait for the time to
