Will Not Wearing Underwear Stop The Growth Of Penis And Testicles ?
Hi my son is in 7th grade now. Right from small he used to make trouble and refuse to wear underwear. We tried all we could, but left it thinking as he grows he will wear. But he refuses even now. I think this age of puberty and his penis and testicles will develop. will this habit cause issues? How to get him to wear undies?

This thing is for the first time so he might have felt something new and slight uncomfortable that is why he refuses.
You try to understand him with very patieoncely .
Gradually he will start wearing regularly.

hi welcome,
whether he is moving without dress or only avoiding under wear?
if he is using dress to cover the sexual area ,then no need to worry
if not you patiently discuss with him about the necessary of it and show him how to use it and also show him how his father is wearing and make him know slowly never shout.
do one thing never ever compare him with any other kids out side of your home
