Will Nutrigain Help In Increasing Weight?

Hy sir. This is Govinda Sharma from Bangalore. am 23 years old but look like an 18 years old boy. 4 years back I was a patient of TB but after taking medicine for about a year I stopped it thinking that I am free of the disease. From last two years, there hasnt been much improvement in my health. A month back I had gone to the same Doc who was treating me 4 years back. He carried out PFT and SPT. From the result he concluded that am OK and that had allergy from dust. Hearing that I was pretty happy. Now am having proper diet also still I cant find any change. What should I do? Should i take Nutrigain to increase my weight? Please Suggest.

Hi.

Congratulations that there is no lung TB now. This was once a dreaded disease which is now well controlled but is equally known for developing resistance to drugs. Normally the long term anti TB medicines should not be stopped without consent of doctor who gives green signal after ascertaining that infection is no more persisting.

However if I were your attending physician I would recommend the following:

First of all after successful anti TB treatment by allopathy, now to regain health back, Ayurveda's classical herbominetal medicines are the safest bet which would enhance the immunity and weight gain process naturally.

Second most important thing is Balanced diet.

Third important thing is fresh air deep breathing exercises - pranayam or simple deep breathing.

Your sleep and appetite should be sound. Ayurveda's medicine would also ensure it. You will also be immuned against dust allergy etc. Selection of medicine is of foremost importance according to your body's nature - as per Ayurveda's principles. So I recommend you to get opinion of qualified and experienced Vaidya/ Ayurveda Doctor for immunity and weight gain instead of blindly following OTC ( over the counter)
Brands for such matters.

Hope this is enough to give you a decisive hint. May I be of more help please?

Wish you best of health. God bless!
