Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

Your husband has received plasma transfusion for Dengue syndrome and medicines for fever (most likely antipyretics) and these medicines are not known to affect fertility and potency. These are absolutely safe in terms of side effects. Though after Dengue or any other acute febrile illness individuals may develop weakness which may result in erectile dysfunction some times. These problems later get persistent even after restoration of health because of psychological symptoms associated with them. If you are not able to get conceived and have problems then consult a psychiatrist or a reproduction medicine specialist for his treatment.

Psychological impotence is easily treated by medicines and with proper counselling. Even problems in fertility can be treated with proper medicines and maintenance of good nutrition.

Thanks, hope this helps you. Take care
