Will Postinor 2 Prevent Me From Getting Pregnant?

Hi i took postinor 2 on 16th july after unprotected sex . I again took Primolut N on 21st july after another sex but i think i might get pregnant so i want to take postinor 2 again on 22nd july. Wil it prevent me from getting pregnany ? Please advice

hi primolut n will not prevent you from getting pregnant but postinor2 does as it is an emergency contraceptive pill. it has highest efficacy if taken within 72 hours and even if taken after that efficacy is there though little less . so will advise you to take postinor 2 and from next cycle use some effective mode of contraception . all the best take care.
