I am 65, 5' 2" and 12 stone. I am very pale skinned and when I go abroad I suffer badly with prickly heat despite taking anti histamines for weeks before and during my stay. My legs are still scarred from a few months ago. I usually wear leggings so my legs must be overheating. On one of the forums there was a suggestion that prednisolone may help. Is this true as I have tried sun tans etc with no avail.
