Will Pregnancy While Still On Birth Control Pills Be Normal?

HI I m 25 year old and try to conceive by 7-8 months but not succeeded, My doctor says their is a chocolate cyst which is the reason, now as suggested by her i was taking yamini(birth control pill) but forgate to take this for some days and got pragnent. so can I continue the pragnency ?. does it make any harm to my baby as I was taking the Yamini. please advise I m very tense.

The pills should not really cause any harm to the fetus, but it is important to check on the chocolate cyst.
