Will Presence Of UTI Will Level The Fever Go Down And Come Agian?
Hi, my daughter is 4 and a half years old. she had pus cells in urine. test done four days back as she had high fever and suspected UTI. Culture was done two days back. her ferver went down - was ok for two days and has fever today. if she has UTI will the fever go down and come again?

Hi....it can happen..but what is more important than fever is the symptoms...like burning sensation during voiding, vomiting, pain in tummy, and rigors during high fever. I would like a few clarifications...
1. How many pus cells in high power field in urine routine
2. Did you use ant antibiotics
3. Is it a first episode or a repetition
