Will Removal Of Dental Implants Cause Any Problems?

sir. my mother had 6 dental implants out of which 4 were told rejected after 28 days and operated to remove and bone graft done and stitched . should the removed implant is a cause of concern?any tests to be done to see if removed implant may be some problem

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The implant failure could be because of the rejection by the body or improper maintenance or systemic conditions like diabetes or smoking or immunocompromised state. Consult a oral implantologist and take a opinion. You can get your blood sugar level checked. We cannot do any investigations after removing implants. It has to be done before placing the implants. You should get a CT done to check the density of the bone to place implants.
Nothing to worry now. If all the blood investigations are normal then you can wait for 6 months after grafting and place the implants again after 6 months.

seeing your query i just want to ask is why were the dental implants rejected in just 28 days after placement of implants it takes about 3 to 6 months for the implant to integrate with the bone and if the quality of the bone is not very good bone grafting material is used and waiting period is long so kindly just let me know the reason for the implant rejection in just 28 days secondly if they are removed and bone graft is used don't worry it will heal and there wont be any problem to your mother and if u are worried u can always get an radiograph done to see how is the implant removal site is and get it checked with your dentist.
