Will Smoking Cigarettes And Marijuana Effect The Medication For Yeast Infection?
okay i had an yeast infection, and my doctor prescribed fluconazole, but i am a smoker. I had already took one and i felt some type of relieve and as soon as i started smoking a cigarette i felt the irritation return. Will smoking cigarettes and marijuana effect the medication?
SMOKING REDUCES IMMUNITY, which can lead to poor recovery from yeast infection. Fluconazole do not show immediate result in yeast infection. It is a long acting drug and take few days to show improvement.
Minor change in symptom fluctuation (itching) after smoking more likely due to anxiety after smoking, which reduces threshold for somatic complaints (pain, tingling and itching).
