Will Stomach Pain And Jelly Like Bleeding Lead To Negative Pregnancy Result?

Hello Sir, I have confirmed my positive result by testing thru pregnancy test strip.. it might be 30 -40 days when compared to last menstrual period... last night it seems got slightly stomach pain and gelly like bleeding 4 -5 times seen... is it lead to negative result... still stomach paining ... pls confirm..

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Bleeding at 40 days delay in period with pregnancy confirmed by pregnancy test.. is likely to be due to..
- Physical stress causing disruption of fetal attachment in uterus,
- Hormonal deficiency .
* Though there is possibility of abortion /-ve pregnancy test.. it need not be the case every time. It can be just threatend abortion & will be controlled by rest & hormone replacement to support pregnancy.
* You should consult your treating gynecologist as early as possible.& start taking treatment soon.
- Till then.. don't move, take bed rest. Take a pill of Duphaston 10 mg once a day & meet your doctor.
