Will Taking Ciprofloxacin For Mild Bladder Infection Have Side Effects While On Daily Seizure Medication ?

hi i felt like i had a mild bladder infection and was prescribed ciprofloxacin hcl 500 mg tab i read the side effects and im not sure i should be taking this i have to take vitamins and aspirian and seziure meds daily my doctor is aware of this should i still take this medication and just let my doctor know that i am having mild side effects

As you mentioned that you are taking anti epileptic drugs and also taking multi vitamins and aspirin.
Aspirin is NSAIDs ,when taken with ciprofloxacin may increase epileptic fits .
So ciprofloxacin is also important for UTI . While anti epileptic drugs are also important .
So in my opinion avoid aspirin for 5 days ( till ciprofloxacin ) .
But before this , consult your treating doctor and get his opinion .If aspirin is important then take this drug and opt for another antibiotics for UTI.
