Will Taking Decolgen Help Cure Blocked Nose And Headache?

Hello from Cambodia Doctor, I am 53 year olds, I had tested positive for hepatitis C and I am now getting cold block norce and headach difficalt to breath and I took 1 tablet of Decolgen at 9:00am today. Q can I use Decolgen? if yes what's time I can talke one more. what's is the Decolgen's dosage for me?

Hi thanks for asking question.

I can understand your concern.

You are taking decolgen that containing 10 mg phenylnephrine like first generation antihistaminic.It can be taken 1 tablet daily or two times a day for 3 days.Mostly you will have viral infection for which it is given to relieve congestion.

But this drug can lead some amount of sedation.So if you want to avoid it cetrizine like second generation antihistamine c taken.

Steam inhalation useful to relieve blocked nose.

Oxymetazoline nasal spray also can be taken to relieve nasal congestion and blockage.

Drink more water.
