Will Taking Nanoleo And Caverta50 Be Safe To Improve The Semen Count?

Hi doctor,
i am having problems in semen count, it is very low(0.05million/ml) also motile sperms are 0%, doctor says that there is a slight problem in blood flow in my pennis, and suggested to take Nanoleo and caverta50. kindly let me know if i can take those tablets

Hi Welcome to HCM,

Both Caverta 50 mg and Nanoleo are only helpful for Erection problem, both did not have any role in Sperm production. If you do not have any Erection problem please avoid those tablets. Your semen count is (0.05 million/ml) is very low. you need detailed Fertility work up.
Please do repeat semen analysis with minimum 3 days to max 5 days Sexual abstinence.
Check your early morning fasting Serum Testosterone, Serum FSH, Serum Prolactin, Serum LH,
Check for Varicocele (Scrotal Doppler scan).
If any correctable problem u have correct the problem first then take the following drugs for 3 months and rept the semen analysis.
If Everything normal take Tab. Carniq (Twice daily for 3 months) and Tab. CCQ 50 mg (Daily night for 25 days in a month for 3 months).
