hii doctor,i am suffering from dry eyes..i am taking drom as prescribed by my doctor..but i came to know food containg OMEGA-3 FATTY ACID can solve the problem effectively..I found one medicine
HYDRATE which contains the acid..will intakong OMEGA-3 FATTY ACID help me out??please help..

Omega three fay acid will not help. Cause is to be diagnosed. It is to be seen whether there is less tear seceation like in pjogrens syndrome. or due to sitting before computer for more time. so artificial tear drop to be used. Avoid starring at computer for more time. in between you to stop and blink. Tear secretion can be measured by strip test.
