Will Taking Abortion Tablets Affect The Health?
i am 23 married for about 1 year, my last month period date was 26th april,still not periods took place,going to check my urine 2morrow..Is medicine will be helpfull because i have heard that it will effect the health a lot as my last sem xams are approachin from 6th june onwards?please suggest me the best thing..i dont want baby now or if i take the medicine after month of june will it be helpful?

Understand your concern
First confirm the pregnancy. You can use MTP pill up to 9 week of pregnancy. But better to use as early as possible for safe abortion without complication. It does not affect the heath if done under the observation of gynecologist after confirming the intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week by USG. But do not use at home without guidance of gynecologist as it cause complication like infections, incomplete abortion that affect your health. It can cause minor side effects like bleeding just more than period and cramps last for 3-4 days.By procedure, Mifepristone 600 mg followed by 400 ug misoprostol vaginally after 24 hour. 400 ug should be given after 4 hour if needed under supervision of gynecologist. Post abortion USG after 14 days to confirm completeness process of abortion
