Will Taking Birth Control Pills And Triple Chlorophyll Solve The Heavy Menstruation Issue?

Hello...I am 25 years old and I am currently 5'5" and 250 lbs. Menstruation has always been heavy and intense for me since I was 13 and had my first one. It got to a point when I was 20 that my periods became excessive long causing me to become anemic. My doctor put me on birth control at double doses at first to stop the bleeding and triple chlorophyll to build up my blood since iron upsets my stomach. I felt much better afterwards but I stopped taking the pills about a year ago and haven't had a period in over nine months. I have a smelly yellowy discharge which has become super stinky. I just started drinking more water but I don't think I have the energy I should. Do u know what's wrong with me?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

First of all it is very important you have your period, and so please visit the doctor to find a cause, get diagnosed and treated accordingly.

As for the yellow smelly discharge this could most probably be due to either an infection or a hormone imbalance. I would recommend an elaborate physical examination. More information like age, sexual statusetc; will be required.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
