You mentioned about stopping
duphaston. It would help to know when was your expected period and if you are past that date? These will help in formulating a better solution.
However, If you have missed a period for more than 7 days and not had a withdrawl bleed after stopping duphaston, chances of
pregnancy are there. I suggest that you get a urine pregnancy test done if it is more than 7 days since the missed period and stopping duphaston.
In case the report is negative, I suggest you do an ovulation study along with the above drugs to see if ovulation is actually happening and use
HCG if needed to trigger ovulation. You may then time the sexual episodes accordingly for best results. Also reducing weight will help in normalizng the
hormonal environment and induce ovulation increasing the chances of conception.
Please do not feel disheartened.
PCOS is common and your treatment is on the correct track. Just stick to it for results.
