Will The CT Scan Cause The Baby Learning Disability In A 7 Month Old?

Hi Dr, my son 7 months old had a CT scan brain after a minor fall and the result was normal. my question is: is it true that the Ct Scan will cause for my baby learning disability and is it true that he will be on risk of cancer because of this scan. if there is is it high risk really ? thank you so much

Dont worry
For poor learning evaluate other causes like anemia and thyroid
