Will The Bruising On Knee With Burning Sensation And Tenderness Subside By It S Own?

I took a fall about a week ago. I have a large softball size bruise on one side of my knee that is dark in color, had a knot inside it, burns when standing too long, and is extra tender to touch. Is this something I should have looked at or will it typically disappear on its own?

Hi
First of all you get an xray knee done to rule you any fracture.
If its normal wear a crep bandage and every two hour apply ice for 30 minutes keeping your legs elevated.
Avoid walking for few days.
If after above treatement you still have same symptoms get an mri knee done to find meniscal or ligament injury.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
