Will The Bump On My Knee Go Away?

I was in a car accident about 5 months ago where my knee was bumped pretty bad. I still have a bump there. It's a hard bump- seems like bone. It's still a bit sore if I try getting on my knees though. I don't feel it otherwise. Do you think it'll go away?

I really appreciate your concern if this is due to the accident then this could be a fracture and this could be malunion you need to get done the x-ray test to confirm this if is turned the same then nothing can be done because this is 5 months gone, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
