Will The Color Of Burnt Skin Return To Normal?

i got a burn on my lower lip which also involved the vermillion border and adjacent skin 3 wks back from a dental handpiece while getting my impacted tooth removed.Initially it was covered with scab which has now shed off. The dermatologist gave me azithromycin capsule and mupirocin cream. Now the area of the burn has turned white in colour. He has now given me Fluticasone Propionate cream as he says its post inflammatory hypopigmentation.I want to know that will the colour get normal and how long will it take?
