Will The Fetus Spine Visible In 21 Weeks?
HI i am 21 weeks pregnant ant they just called me to tell me that i have to do another ultrasound because they are not sure about babes spine,they did see some shadows on his spine but are not sure if it is from something else just a shadow or something else.....so i have to wait till next Thursday.....what could that be if they see it on his spine,what is it????? Thank you

The foetal spine is visible from 14 weeks itself.
it is not possible to visualise it clearly due to foetal position at any weeks of pregnancy.so sonologist have to wait till the baby changes its position to see spine.
then only they will identify any abnormalies in it. dont worry .it is normal for all.
you have to wait till they complete the scan.
