Hi,

Welcome to healthcare magic forum!
Increase in white blood cells happens when any problem, such as infection, stress, inflammation, trauma, allergy, or certain diseases is present in the body. That’s why a high white blood cell count usually requires further investigation.

Chronic Pancreatitis is a chronic inflammation of the pancreas which results in pain but this may not be directly related to the increase in white blood cell count. Since pancreatitis is an inflammation of the pancreas white blood cells may increase.
