Will The White Pus Bumps Around Lips And Chin After Oral Sex Spread?

I saw these white pus bumps on my boyfriends face below his lips by his chin and I ask him where did they come from he told me form oral sex I never seen these bumps not until this morning he tells me its from oral sex but I take shower before we have any kind of sex and I am with him and nobody else

Thank you for query. If your boyfriend quotes that he after sex there are high chances that it is std may be herpes.it can spread to others by std or oral sex also.so please consult Doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment for boyfriend and also check for other STDs if any.
