Doctor i have a question with me, for which I couldn't get teh answer so far. I asked my girl friend, she shouted at me and asked"Why you need a girl friend, for asking such stupid questions"

Hello there,
There is not hole formed in the nipple for breast feeding. The breast secretes milk in a similar fashion how your sweat glands form sweat and secrete it on the skin. Milk is produced on a larger quantity when the baby suckles at the breast. This suckling action is enough to secrete hormones which are responsible for making the glands in the breast to secrete milk which moves through ducts in the milk glands.
So there is no need for hole formation. There are already duct openings present on the nipple area. This milk is just secreted.
