Hi i met with tibial plateau fracture(Type V) on my right leg on Dec2011.Preior 2years to this i met with ankel fracture on the same leg.Now after seven months of tibial plateau fracture i am getting feaver at night (from 7PM)times only.And in te morning i will fine.Can you suggest me what is the issue?
Hi, Traumatic injury(fracture) can only led to febrile illness when it has infected . So along with fever other symptoms might be present like raised local temperature , pain, discharge, difficult walking..... etc. So if you have above said symptom along with fever then visit orthopaedics hospital for diagnosis through clinical examination , blood investigation, pus culture and sensitivity, x rays etc. and managed accordingly . Otherwise visit general physician for management of febrile illness
