Will White & Red Blood Cells In Urine Causes Burning Sensation In Abdomen?

I have a burning pulling feeling in abdomen for a week now. I went to the Dr they said I had red and white blood cells in my urine but no signs of a UTI. Said they would send away for a culture but I have heard nothing. Almost feels like the healing of an abdominal incision.
