Hi i'm 23 years old.....i had piles at the age of 12 years ... but with good diet and drinking a lot of water i didnot have much problem since then(except for a day or two for around ten times in these 11 years i got some blood in my stools when my intake of junk and spicy food increased)......Now i have started doing gym since past 20 days and since the past 3-4 days i'm having some difficuilty in sitting on chair due to slight pain in my anal region. In my gym i do all exercises including crunches(30 with 10 in each of 3 sets).....weightlifting(30 times with 10 in each of 3 sets and weight is 13 kg with both hands)........pushups(20)...and all other leg and hand exercises available in gym ....i want to ask is doing gym going to worsen my piles condition and what could this pain on sitting be due to ??......please guide me ...is gym going to enlarge my piles hamemorrhage ???...if yes which exercises should i avoide doing in gym ??
