Will Wrist Pain Reduce If Splint Is Worn Throughout The Day?

i was diagnosed with tenosynovitis of my left wrist. I was told to wear a splint to help it. however, I typically only wear the splint at night, but not during the day. still, my wrist really aches. if I wore the splint the ENTIRE day, would my wrist improve?

Thanks for writing your query
I would advise you to wear the splint especially while performing heavy work, but if you like you may wear it for 24 hours. Having said that besides wearing the splint do the wrist exercises, hot water fomentation after discussing with your doctor.
