With Hypertension What Could Strong Heartbeat And Fatigue Indicate?

I am 26, and Have been treated for high blood pressure in the past. I should add that I am 6 1 and weigh 340lbs. The last several days my blood pressure has been quite low. 92/62, 91/63, 99/60, and I even had one that was 107/100. Sometimes, it feels like my heart is beating really hard. Not fast at all, if anything it s beating slower than usual, but when it happens I get really tired. Not sure what to do, or what it might be.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for the query.
With this presentation, it is possible to think that your heart is really facing some difficulties and blood supply to the tissues is less than the demand. The doctor needs to examine your heart thoroughly for murmurs or irregular heart rate, and some tests like an ultrasound of the heart and ECG would be required to ascertain the level at which your heart is functioning. I would advise you see a cardiologist for this.

I hope that helps
I wish you well
