Would I Be Fine To Have Protected Sex With Her Due To Chlamydia?
I took my one dose for clamydia 3 weeks ago I m fine now but my girlfriend took hers 2 weeks ago but threw up an hour after so the doctor thought it might not have worked good enough so gave her another dose Friday would I be fine to have completely protected sex with her and how long for unprotected
When it comes to sexually transmitted infections and all other infections pertaining to the reproductive system and genitalia; sexual abstinence for at least 2 weeks after the last dosage of the medications is advised.
So I would recommend a 2 week gap from her last dose, and then initiation of protected sexual intercourse. Unprotected sexual intercourse can be initiated after a duration of 4 weeks from the last dose of the medications.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
