Would Percocet Taken A Week Back Affect Drug Test Results?

Hi I took a half percocet 5 mg for knee pain without prescription. I don't use any drugs i do take vitamins daily. The percocet was taking last Sunday and I am scheduled for drug test Mon, should I be worried about the percocet comming out postive?

Percocet consists of Acetaminophen and Oxycodone. You were taking the drug without prescription. Common drug tests involves screen for opioids and Oxycodone is opioid drug and is controlled substance. Normal tests used in employment screening can detect the intake of Oxycodone. In normal individuals with healthy body function the drug usually get cleared almost completely in about 5-7 days (considering half life of drug). So as you are having test on Monday the risk of detecting drug by screening is very very low. Drink plenty of water and citrus drinks these will help to flush the drug out of body. Please stop using the drug in near future as it is a controlled substance and may land you in legal problems and you may become dependent on this. Quit illegal use of the drug.
