Would A Cold Compress Help In Curing A Bruising And Lump Formation In Arm?
I just have a quick question. I whacked my forearm on the bannister yesterday lunchtime. There is no bruise but a lump and it is extremely painful to touch. There is also a dull ache/throbbing in that part of my arm all the time. Would a cold compress help?
