Are there any blood pressure experts out there? If so, would a systolic reading of between 90-97 be too low? Are there any blood pressure experts out there? If so, would a systolic reading of between 90-97 be too low?
I have just checked on the chart of my blood pressure monitor and yes it would be a little low. See below :
Systolic BP
Hypotension 100
Ideal 120
Normal 120-129
Hypertension 140-159
(mild)
Hypertension 160-179
(moderate)
Hypertension 180-219
(severe)
Hypertension 220
(very severe)
Hope this helps.
