Would Cutting Or Removing My Sciatica Nerve Help Relieve My Chronic Pain, Given My Herniated Lumbar Discs And Current Pain Management?

Hi I m a white 27y male was in a bad car crash in 2015, I was on life support for a month and from what I was told by parents, I was in and out and that they (my parents) and the doctors did not know if I would pull through. My whole lumbar section of my spine L1-L5 are all herniated with 3 sever. If I get them fused I lose out on my life job, that I begged and pleaded to be able to keep it, because of what my bendability would be. I ve been in so much pain and days I cant even get out of bed even with my medication. (Hydrocodone 10mg and Belbuca 750mcg a buprenorphine patch and Lyrica 150mg.) How would getting my sciatica nerve cut or removed so no signals get sent through it anymore. Would that help relieve my sciatica pain for forever or at least a really long time. I really want the pain gone I ve been dealing with it consistently for 5 almost 6 months daily. Please help me and give me your thought/advise to what you think will help me the most and the longest.
