Would Delayed Periods Suggest Infection?

Hello doctors, I was suppose to see my menses on the 14th of may but uptill today which is 5th of June, I haven t seen it. I went to do a pregnancy test (blood) and it read negative. Please what could be wrong? Because when it happened like that in march, I went for an ultrascan test and I was told I had infection and they treated me of the infection and the menses came, now it has seized again. Please what do I need to do. Thanks in anticipation. Rachael
