Would Exercising Help To Treat Weakness And Shakiness?
I'm not a morning person because I often wake up feeling weak, shaky, nauseous (from being tired)... Would morning exercise help this or should I work out at night? I eat balanced dinner so I don't think it's blood sugar levels... Also improves after I shower and drink some coffee...
