Would Occasional Weed Smoking Pose A Serious Risk To My Lung Healing After A Peripheral Infarct From A Past Blood Clot?

Hi, I had an IV in for about 6 months to treat lyme disease and apparently formed a blood clot which got stuck in my lung (i was told likely around May) and killed some tissue, causing a peripheral infarct in my right lung (or so i’ve been told by multiple doctors). I got a CT scan in the ER around thanksgiving after i had been coughing up blood clots for a bit, and experiencing fatigue and constant chest pains, which is how i got this diagnosed. It showed up on the scans as a white spot that fanned out near my rib cage, seems to make sense with the diagnosis and i’ve gotten second and third opinions now who agree. I had been worried initially since i’d smoked for the past few years, mostly nicotine vapes and weed pens, but was told in the ER that it definitely wasn’t related to the bleeding, besides maybe aggravating it with the coughing. I have since stopped vaping, but i am wondering what the hazard would be if i were to smoke weed (in small amounts). I was told the clot is long gone and the infarct would clear on its own over time, but is there any way vaping or smoking anything from this point forward might cause more damage to my lung? i’m sure it will delay healing to some degree since it’s a toxin (and is not good in general), but if it were only a few inhales a day of dispensary grade wax or flower, I would think the risk of any serious complication would be relatively small, but I’m not sure. I have been using THC to sleep for a while now, smoking is the most efficient way i’ve found, but I would switch to another form or something else if that’s necessary.
