Would Riconia Lp Treat Fatigue In Diabetic Patient?

I am a diabetic for the last twenty years. I am 74 years of age. I go for morning walk and walk continuously for 45 minutes covering about 4 Kms. After walk I feel completely fatigued, especially Octover-November. I live in Delhi. Is medicine Riconia lp which has been suggested to me by a friend help me. Thanks.

zirconia is a multi vitamin medicine.taking this will not harm you even if there is no benifit .However before starting that I would suggest labs - haemoglobin , Hba1c, urea,creatinine ,and cardiac evaluation to be sure nothing else is going on .
