Hello, I am sorry to have to tell you this, but Herbalife is what we call a pyramid scheme . I took a very quick look at the multivitamin as it was difficult to find the actual ingredients in all of these products and the first obvious red flag that they didn t know the first thing about vitamins or absorption was the fact that they had included their calcium in with their iron. Calcium and iron cannot be taken at the same time as they bind each other up and the effectiveness of both are lost. So, my recommendations are to find a reliable Dietitian for an assessment and clinical recommendation with personalized meal plan and professional grade supplements if necessary. I cannot professionally deal with Herbalife since I disagree with their formulation. Best luck with achieving optimal health . . .
