Would Taking Meatspray For Cold Cause Anxiety?

I got cold 2 months ago , on advise of a doctor i took one courrse of anti biotic , much relief was not there. I met another doctor and he advised to take another medicine Montecmac Fx and using a nasal spray -Metaspray twice a day ..

Now the problem is experience tremdous Anxiety . I cannot do anything ..

there is some relief for the running nose , but nasal congestion cuase so much uncomfort .. is Cold and anxiety are two issues ? what is immediate remedy to attest cold

I can understand your concern.
Metaspray is having mometasone. It is intranasal steroidal drug.
It is very safe and devoid of side effects.
So your anxiety is not due to this spray.
In my opinion, you should consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on it's solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs like alprazolam, flunarizine, propranolol etc.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
