Would Wearing Spectacles During Anxiety In The Eye Affect Vision ?

I am having anxiety in the eyes and I am wearing specs for vision correction. Can it affect my vision altogether?

Hi,
Anxity is an expression of an emotion. IT is not connected with function of vision. So there is no chance of your vision being affected by anxity.
Any way, to be anxious all the time may make you tense,you may have problems like head ache,lac of concentration,fatigue.So, try to overcome anxity.
